Rules for the Urban Expo:
General Rules
- Detailed information about the contract, stand setup and logistics processes will be provided to the organizations whose applications are accepted.
- The sale of printed materials, products or any other goods is strictly prohibited in the MARUF25 event area. All materials to be distributed within the scope of the exhibition must be free of charge.
- At least one representative of the institution must be staffed at each booth during the event.
- The consumption and/or distribution of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited.
Logistics, Shipping and Delivery
- All logistics processes, including the delivery, customs procedures, transportation, and storage of booth materials, are the responsibility of the organization establishing the booth.
- In order to prevent delays, all shipping documents (invoice, packing list, certificates of origin, etc.) must be complete and accurate.
- MARUF is not responsible for the security or insurance of the materials after they reach the exhibition area. Participants must ensure their own insurance.
Stand Setup and Technical Requirements
- Booth setup will be provided by the MARUF25 team according to the booth size selected by the applicant.
- Prices include booth space only. Additional costs for booth design, installation and printing of physical media must be coordinated with the official contractor.
- For the design of booths, furniture, electrical connection and other services, exhibitors are advised to contact the official contractor in advance.
- Additional services such as screens, internet access, translation or catering must be requested in advance and are charged separately.
- MARUF is not responsible for any loss, damage or theft at any stage of the event.
Sustainability and Use of Digital Materials
- Organizations establishing booths are encouraged to minimize the use of paper and single-use plastic and to adopt environmentally responsible practices.
- For a more sustainable and accessible experience, digital alternatives to printed content such as QR codes, NFC tags or screens should be provided whenever possible.
