Urban Policy Expert & Architect, Marmara Municipalities Union
She has been working as an architect and urban policy expert at the Marmara Municipalities Union. She received her BArch from Bahcesehir University and earned her master’s degree from University College London, The Bartlett School of Architecture, in the 'MSc Spatial Design: Architecture and Cities' Programme. Currently, she is a PhD candidate at Istanbul Technical University in the Urban and Regional Planning Programme, focusing on cultural sustainability in smart cities. She has participated in various research projects on architectural and urban scales in both London and Istanbul. Additionally, she is an active member of the Turkish Network of Urban Morphology (TNUM). Her research primarily centers around cultural heritage, urban morphology, space syntax theory, user behavior, and perception in public spaces.
