Tülin Hadi

Tülin Hadi graduated from Istanbul Saint-Michel High School in 1987 and from the Department of Architecture at Istanbul Technical University (ITU) in 1993. Since 1994, she has been practicing independent architecture through TeCe Architecture, which she co-founded with Cem İlhan.
TeCe Architecture’s portfolio primarily focuses on cultural, educational, R&D, and hospitality projects. A number of these projects have been won through national and international competitions and have received various awards. Projects addressing public spaces are among the firm’s main areas of focus. Hadi has also served as a studio instructor in the architecture faculties of various universities. She has been the chair of the Istanbul City Council during its first and second terms since its establishment in 2019.
