Hatice Kübra Baştuğ

H. Kübra Baştuğ graduated from the Department of City and Regional Planning at the Faculty of Architecture of Izmir Institute of Technology. 

She actively participated in various platforms focusing on the city and conducted studies. In 2023, she completed her master's degree in Bosphorus Cultural Landscape with a focus on Local Governance and Urban Policies at Marmara University, Institute of Social Sciences. Her areas of interest include local governance, urban-nature relationship, urban-child relationship, and strategy development.

She currently serves as Training and Projects Expert at Marmara Municipalities Union (MMU). She is also a team member of Reclaiming Streets, a practice-based learning program developed through a tactical urbanism approach under MMU's Local Government Academy.
