Elif Alkay

Elif Alkay is a faculty member in the Department of Urban and Regional Planning at Istanbul Technical University. 

Her academic work focuses on urban economics, housing, housing policy, urban policy, and planning policy. She has served as both a principal investigator and researcher in various scientific research projects, with a particular focus in recent years on housing economics and housing policy. In addition, she collaborates with the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality on various planning processes, contributing to the development of area-based and integrated planning policies.
