Büşra Arslan

Büşra Arslan works as a Project Assistant in the Social Resilience Program at Habitat Association, supporting project coordination and communication processes.

She previously worked as a Human Resources intern at Habitat Association, gaining experience in recruitment and organizational communication. She has also completed marketing internships in startups and NGOs, and actively participated in event organization and volunteer projects. In 2025, she joined an Erasmus+ volunteer program in Spain, which enhanced her ability to collaborate with people from different cultures. She continues her education as a Business Administration student at Istanbul University and she is fluent in English (C1).
